Based in Wellington New Zealand, the club trains in Victoria University's recreation centre. Training times are Tuesdays 6:25pm-8:00pm and Thursdays 6:25pm-8:00pm. VUW Kickboxing trains in Muay Thai, boxing and Kickboxing including full use of knees and elbows.
